Our Colors

Due to the special procedure in which colour-powder particles are swirled onto our furniture and thus completely and consistently applied, Erlau outdoor furniture acquires an extremely uniform and rich colour application of 350 micron coating thickness. This is a special quality which will be appreciated for years to come.

Our Material

Our outdoor furniture is long-lasting and easy to maintain. All components meet high standards of quality (certified in accordance with ISO 9001) in terms of raw materials, construction and manufacturing, and are able to withstand exposure to weather as well as vandalism. Our products come with a 10-year rust protection guarantee.

Our steel tube and wire mesh are of the highest quality.
Specially hardened wires and precision steel tubes ensure the highest levels of stability and strength.

Erlau furniture can always be added to, matched or entirely refurbished even years after the initial acquisition. We even guarantee our coating system on refurbished products.

RILSAN® Naturally.
Erlau outdoor furniture adapts to its environment and at the same time protects it.

Our furniture is galvanized and then receives a 350 micron organic colour-coating which is applied using the environmentally sound whirl sintering process, in which colour-powder particles are applied from all sides. For this process, we use only high-quality Rilsan polyamide, which is produced from pure natural sources derived from the castor-oil plant.

The processing of Rilsan, as well as its usage, are and remain environmentally compatible: and it is not classified as hazardous waste when it comes to disposal later on.

High-Performance Pagwood.
When solid wood is used for outdoor furniture, it moves, cracks, fades and becomes brittle. But waferthin copper-beech wood veneers soaked in a specially developed synthetic resin and then pressed together in layers under enormous pressure and high temperature produce a laminated composite with all of the beauty of natural wood and none of the drawbacks. PAGWOOD is extremely durable and after years of exposure to the elements develops a patina whereby the seating elements become a tone darker and the warm character of the natural wood is enhanced.

New: Anti-Graffiti-Coating.
For very difficult environments we offer, at extra cost, an additional clear lacquer coat which reduces dirt retention and allows the removal of graffiti and stickers via a simple cleaning process.
